Welcome to Helsinki (Finland). Finland is a Northern European nation bordering Sweden, Norway and Russia. Its capital, Helsinki, occupies a peninsula and surrounding islands in the Baltic Sea. Helsinki is home to the 18th-century sea fortress Suomenlinna, the fashionable Design District and diverse museums. The Northern Lights can be seen from the country’s Arctic Lapland province, a vast wilderness with national parks and ski resorts.
Arrive at Helsinki Airport, alternatively referred to as Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, is the main international airport of the city of Helsinki, its surrounding metropolitan area, and the Uusimaa region. After the Immigration and Clearance, transfer to hotel for check in. Evening proceed for dinner.

Evening transfer to railway station to board Santa Claus Express night train to Rovaniemi. The Finnish double-decker night train, known as the Santa Claus Express, travels from Helsinki to snow-covered Lapland in the north. The train stops at Rovaniemi, the official home of Santa Claus, and then goes on to Kemijärvi, its final destination. See the beauty of Finland from the comfortable compartments of this train and wake up above the Arctic Circle the next morning.

After the breakfast on board, leave the train & proceed for Rovaniemi Guided tour. Rovaniemi is the capital of Lapland, in northern Finland. Almost totally destroyed during World War II, today it’s a modern city known for being the “official” home town of Santa Claus, and for viewing the Northern Lights. Its home to Arktikum, a museum and science centre exploring the Arctic region and the history of Finnish Lapland. The Science Centre Pilke features interactive exhibits on northern forests.
Enjoy a magical journey to the Santa Claus Village and meet Santa Claus himself, then cross the Arctic Circle. Enjoy head toward Santa Claus’s main office in Lapland. Have a private meeting with Santa Claus, and then send greetings to all your friends from Santa’s Post Office. Next, make your way to the painted white line denoting the Arctic Circle, which cuts rightthrough Santa Claus Village. You will officially enter the Arctic area when you cross the line. Cross the circle, enjoy this popular photo spot for all visitors, and get an Arctic Circle certificate. Afterward, have the opportunity to taste a traditional Christmas buffet with lunch at Santa’s place before returning to your accommodation in Rovaniemi.

Post breakfast, check out and transfer to Kiruna. It is a town in the far north of Swedish Lapland. It’s known for the huge LKAB iron ore mine and its underground visitor’s centre with an exhibit on mining. Hjalmar Lundbohms garden, the 19th-century former home of LKAB’s first managing director, is now a museum with a courtyard photography exhibit. Kiruna Church is notable for its bell tower and resemblance to the traditional huts of the indigenous Sami people.
Upon arrival guided tour of Kiruna. We begin the tour from a historical and holistic perspective, as far back in time as 400 million years ago when the American continent collided with the European continent. If the weather is clear, we see the mountain range that was formed in connection with the collision and gain an understanding of Kiruna as a city. Early morning transfer to airport to board flight to Stockholm. Arrive at Stockholm and proceed for guided city tour. Stockholm is the capital and largest city of Sweden. It is located at the junction of Lake Malar (Malaren) and Salt Bay (Saltsjon), an arm of the Baltic Sea, opposite the Gulf of Finland. The city is built upon numerous islands as well as the mainland of Uppland and Sodermanland. By virtue of its location, Stockholm is regarded as one of the most beautiful capital cities in the world. Stockholm developed rapidly in the mid-17th century as Sweden temporarily became a great power. In the 18th century, fires destroyed large parts of the city, and stone buildings were constructed to replace the old wooden houses. Located on the island of Djurgården, the museum displays the only almost fully intact 17thcentury ship that has ever been salvaged, the 64-gun warship Vasa that sank on her maiden voyage in 1628. The Vasa ship capsized and sank in Stockholm 1628. Aer 333 years on the sea bed the mighty warship was salvaged and the voyage could continue. Today Vasa is the world’s best preserved 17th century ship and one of the most visited museums in Scandinavia.
Transfer to Karlstad, Karlstad is a city on the Klaralven Riverin Varmland County, Sweden. It’s known for neighbouring Lake Vanern to the south, dotted with tiny islands. In town, Varmlands Museum has multimedia exhibits on local history since ancient times. Nearby, Karlstad Cathedral has an elaborate chandelier and 2 model ships hanging from its ceiling. Oslo – Formerly (1624–1877) Chrisania or (1877–1925) Krisania, capital and largest city of Norway. It lies at the head of Oslo Fjord in the south-eastern part of the country. The original site of Oslo was east of the Aker River. The city was founded by King Harald Hardraade about 1050, and about 1300 the Akershus fortress was built by Haakon V. Aerthe city was destroyed by fire in 1624, Chrisan IV of Denmark-Norway built a new town farther west, under the walls of the Akershus fortress, and called it Chrisania. The growth of Chrisania’s population in the 19th century was due in part to the absorption of surrounding municipalities, and the city replaced its rival, the west-coast port of Bergen, as Norway’s largest and most influential city. The city was renamed Oslo in 1925 and developed rapidly after World War II. In 1948 Oslo incorporated the nearby township of Aker, and in the following decades a number of satellite towns and residential areas grew up to the east and west of the city.

Entrance to Fram Museum, it is a museum telling the story of Norwegian polar exploration. It is located on the peninsula of Bygdoy in Oslo, Norway. Fram Museum is in an area with several other museums including the Kon-Tiki Museum, the Norwegian Museum of Cultural History, the Viking Ship Museum and the Norwegian Maritime Museum. At the Fram Museum you can come on board the ship and see how the crew and their dogs managed to survive in the coldest and most dangerous places on earth – the Arcc and the Antarctic. The Fram Museum also has a polar simulator where you can experience the cold and the dangers of polar expeditions more than 100 years ago. Breakfast at the hotel and proceed to transfer to Flam and enjoy Flamsbana. It is a village in southwestern Norway, in an area known for its fjords. It sits at the end of Aurlandsord, a branch of the vast Sogneord. The dramac Stegastein viewing platform juts out high above the Aurlandsord. South of Flam Harbour, the 17thcenturywooden Flam Church lies in the valley. The Flam Railway offers valley and waterfall views as it climbs to a station on the Hardangervidda plateau.
Drive to Myrdal to board the scenic train Flamsbana to Flam. Flam Railway- one of the world’s most beautiful train journeys, The Flam Railway (Flamsbana) is a spectacular train journey that offers a panoramic view of some of the wildest and most magnificent nature in the Norwegian fjord landscape. The 20 km-long train ride took 20 years and is one of the steepest standard gauge railway lines in the world. The railway is one considered to be one of Norway’s major and most thrilling tourist aracons and the train journey provides some of the countries wildest and most awe inspiring scenery. On the 20 km-long train ride that operates between Flam and Myrdal, you can see rivers that cut through deep ravines, waterfalls cascading down the side of steep, snow-capped mountains and mountain farms clinging dizzily to sheer slopes.
After Lunch, proceed to Flam to board a cruise in The Sognefjord, Norway’s longest and deepest fjord, is surrounded by exceptional natural beauty, high mountains, and roaring waterfalls. Along the fjord, you will find charming villages where you relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. You will sail through UNESCO’s World Heritage-listed fjords featuring majestic mountains, wild nature and idyllic villages.
Cruise starts from Flam to Gudvangen, the start of the cruise will be to sail through the narrow, majestic Naeroyfjord. When the snow melts in June, you can see up to 25 waterfalls, including Kjelfossen waterfall in Gudvangen, which has a free fall of 840 metres. Further on, you will enter the Aurlandsord, which is also part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. At the end of this fjord, the ferry will sail past the small village of Fronningen. The village has no road connection. The only access is via boat. This is where people have lived from me immemorial, and the trip affords the sight of small homesteads clinging to the sides of the steep mountains that plunge into the ord. An air of nostalgia permeates this spectacular fjord landscape surrounded by mountains such as Bleia reaching up to 1775 metres. Snow-covered peaks forming a striking contrast with the dark, deep ord are all part of an experience you will never forget.

DFDS Seaways comprises a vast network of ferry routes with crossings to and from the UK, France, Holland, Denmark, Norway and services in the Baltic Sea. It is the longest combined road and rail bridge in Europe, running nearly 8 kilometres from the Swedish coast to the artificial island Peberholm in the middle of the strait. After taking beautiful pictures of bridge proceed for lunch.
