• Preparation application for Passport, Submission to the Passport Office and follow up there of for early issuance of Passport. Renewal of Passport will also be part of your job.
• Visa assistance and guidance
• Keep proper record for all documentation jobs.
• Knowledge in doing all countries VISA including UK & Europe
• Customer relation and producing leads
• Liaoning with passenger and close the sales
• Passenger Handling
• Tele sales
• Passenger meeting
• Maintaining passenger, Contacts, Arrange hotel bookings, Departure List/Keep up
• Excellent relationship with customers
• Build and maintain customer data bank.
• Collect the documents like Passport, PAN, Vaccination certificate, Booking Form from the customers at the time of taking the booking.
• Booking confirmation should be given to customers after taking the booking.
• Be knowledgeable about the product.
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
• Serves customers by selling Somans Leisure products and meeting customer needs.
• Offer special prices and discounts
• Intimate first cut procedures like visa balance payment schedule etc
• Meet Walk-in Clients, attending Telephonic Enquiries, attending website enquiries etc
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Service existing accounts
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Coordinate with interbranches
• Keep the best practices to promotional trends like Flyer updations / whatsapp status etc
• Maintaining DOR sheet
• Updating regarding seats availability in each groups
• Filling each Group departures
• Coordination with airline as well as Logistics & Accounts departments
• Conduct pre departure meetings
• Intimate balance payment schedules
• Maintain checklist before departure and confirm all points have been done
