• Checking the mails in CR mail box. • Wishing birthday of our customers. • Calling the DOR customers and giving the tour details and sending flyers of the particular tour. • Entering the leads called by CR in the sales app. • Entering the social media enquires in the sales app (Facebook, instagram). • Grievances – Inform the concern personnel and follow up call the customer to conform whether it is sorted out. • Adding the DOB of the customers to the excel sheet after the departure from the Operations Departments
• Tele sales • Customer relation and producing leads • Build and maintain customer data bank. • Collect the documents like Passport, PAN, Vaccination certificate, Booking Form from the customers at the time of taking the booking. • Booking confirmation should be given to customers after taking the booking. • Be knowledgeable about the product. • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
• Customer Relations • Co-ordinating with Airlines for groups • Ticket Issuance • Preparation of Airline name list. • Negotiating with airline for fairs, refunds. • Any errors & Omissions by you which may result in wrong fare, ticketing, debit note from airlines/suppliers, you will be responsible for the same.

• Proven experience as a Business Head or similar leadership role in the travel industry. • Comprehensive knowledge of visa processing, airline operations, sales strategies, and overall travel industry dynamics. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strategic thinker with a vision for long-term success. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or relevant field; MBA or equivalent preferred. • Minimum age requirement: 40 years old. • Salary best in the Industry.
